Funding PR for a sensor startup, with 30 media hits including EE Times Europe
The challenge
Agate Sensors had raised €5.6M for their smart sensor technology. The Finnish startup’s technology allows devices to analyze the spectral signatures of materials in real time, bringing high-precision material sensing out of the lab and into everyday devices, from smartphones and wearables to medical equipment and defense systems. They wanted a seasoned PR partner that could help them get coverage internationally and domestically in Finland.
What we did
San Francisco’s team helped Agate Sensors craft a compelling PR strategy and press releases in two languages. Additionally, San Francisco advised the team about media interviews, and coordinated multiple interviews from TV to print media, as well as podcasts.
